General Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Fashion items can be tried on for size but must remain in new condition.
• If a product is returned in poor condition, we may not accept the return.

Return/Exchange Timeframe

• You must request a return or exchange within 07 working days of receiving your parcel.
• For defective items, return must be made within 07 working days as well.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Repack the Item
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Include the invoice copy and clearly mention the reason for return.

Step 2: Ship to Us
Send your parcel via traceable courier service or registered post (at your own expense) to:

Important Notes

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• No returns or exchanges on Baby Care and Feeding items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
