Placing an Order:
You can place an order by filling out your details on the checkout page and clicking the “Place Order” button. You can also order by calling or messaging us.

Please Note:
Just because a product is shown on our website doesn’t mean we are offering to sell it. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy it. We can choose to accept or reject that offer. If a product was listed at the wrong price, we don’t have to sell it at that price.

Order Confirmation:
Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an email to confirm if we’ve accepted it. Once accepted, the order is final and based on these terms. If we cannot accept your order or if there’s a price or delivery change, we’ll let you know by email.

Delivery:
We try to deliver all orders within 3 working days after confirming your order. If there’s any delay due to an accident or other issue, we’ll call or email you with an update.

Payment:
We accept cash on delivery. You pay when you receive the product. There are no hidden charges.

Warranty and Returns:
All our products come with a warranty. If any item is faulty or not as expected, you can return it. We’ll give a full refund and cover the return shipping cost.
